Jake "Dimples"Jake’s love for camp started at a very young age, and has been a huge part of his life over the years. He began coming to Camp Henry as a camper in 2008, and came back every summer until he aged out. Since camp was such an integral part of his life, he decided to join staff as a counselor in the summer of 2019. On the first day of staff training, he got his nickname “Dimples'' and it has stuck ever since.

Four years later, Jake is still here now working full time as a Program Coordinator. Not only has he been a counselor, but he has been a waterfront director and a health director. All of these different roles at camp has allowed Jake to immerse himself in all that camp has to offer.

In the spring of 2022, Jake graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management. Outside of camp, you can usually find Jake listening to music, playing the guitar, enjoying nature's beauty, golfing, or doing any activity on the lake. He can confidently say that working at Camp Henry is one of the best decisions he has ever made and strives to continue to make a positive, life long impact on kids.
