Ralph’s background is rooted in hospitality management, a field he grew passionate about early on. Although he initially stepped away to explore other opportunities, he gained seven years of valuable experience in the fast-food industry, advancing quickly from crew member to trainer, manager, and eventually kitchen manager.
He joined camp in 2025, just before the summer season, and immediately felt at home. The positive atmosphere and daily interactions with campers, guest, and staff reminded him how much he had missed working in a people-focused environment.
In his spare time, Ralph loves backpacking, fishing, and spending meaningful time with his family.
